When I travel to cool places it occurs to me sometimes to ask why certain buildings command so much awe. That struck me when I saw the Sacre-Coeur in Paris, and also when contemplating the Pyramids in Egypt. What if they were monuments to the cosmic duty we have in this lifetime?
