What do you feel? What do you need?

Where are your limits of intimacy and connection?

What are your deepest desires, what are your basic, and higher needs as an individual?

How do we own our reactivity, and use relationships as exactly the right tool we need to grow?

My couples practice is about embracing relationship pain and adversity, in to relationship fulfillment. Where we use our relationships as a path for healing our past, and deepening the realization of our authentic self. Where we learn not to fire each other when things get hard, but to do the hard work of facing our past, our shame, and learn how to face our life together.

Long term relationship needs relational tools, and to understand relational development.

Long-term relationships are difficult for all of us, and the most fulfilling long-term relationships use explicit shared agreements that support connection over the long haul.

Without a shared vision for how to have genuinely connected, authentic, and secure long-term relationship couples will find themselves in troubled waters.

The choice is simple. Prolong codependency, disconnected sexuality, blaming and projecting, frustration and isolation, or do the work to get the closeness you really desire, and the inspiration and aliveness you want to feel. Relationships should ultimately make you feel at home.
